We focus first on the problems worth solving, then decide whether AI belongs in the solution.

Too much repetitive work - Tasks that eat up time every week may be good candidates for automation.
Too many disconnected tools or processes -We look for ways to simplify how information and work move through your business.
Not sure where AI is actually worth using - We help separate useful opportunities from things that are complicated, unnecessary, or simply not worth doing.
We start with how your business works today, where the friction is, and what you want to improve.
We identify where AI can help, where it probably cannot, and which opportunities make the most sense for your business.
We build a focused solution so you can see how it works in the real world before going bigger.
If it proves useful, we improve it, expand it, or support it as your business needs grow.
Before we recommend tools or start building anything, we take a close look at how your business works and where AI may actually be useful.
A clearer picture of where AI can actually help your business operate better.

Opportunities ranked by impact so you focus on what matters most.

Recommended tools and approaches with a practical path forward you can actually execute.

We look at how your business works, where AI may help, and what is worth pursuing first.
We test a focused idea in the real world before committing to something larger.
Once we know what works, we put the right tools and workflows into place.
For businesses that want continued guidance as their use of AI grows and changes.
Workflows That Win is designed for small-business owners who know AI may be useful, but want help figuring out where it actually fits.
You want to save time or simplify work that repeats
You want a simpler way to connect the tools and processes you already use.
You know AI could help but are not sure where it makes sense.
You want clear guidance without unnecessary technical jargon.
We recommend tools and approaches based on what makes sense for your business, not because we are tied to a particular platform.
The systems, accounts, and business information remain yours.
We look at how your information is handled, where it is stored, and who should have access before recommending a solution.
If a simpler solution will do the job, that is the solution we will recommend.
About Walter
I’ve spent much of my career around business, technology, problem-solving, and figuring out how things work.
Today, I help small-business owners make practical decisions about AI without getting buried in jargon, hype, or tools they do not need.
My role is straightforward: understand the problem, help identify the right solution, and make sure you understand what we are doing and why.

We look at how your business works today, where time or effort may be getting wasted, what tools and processes you already use, and where AI may be able to help. The goal is to identify practical opportunities that make sense for your business before recommending or building anything.
You will receive a clear summary of what we found, the opportunities we believe are worth pursuing, recommended tools or approaches, and a practical path forward. You should know what makes sense to do next, what can wait, and what may not be worth doing at all
The Discovery & Opportunity Assessment is a fixed investment of $1,250, paid in full before the assessment begins. Any pilot, implementation, or ongoing advisory work is scoped separately based on what your business actually needs.
In most cases, the assessment comes first. It gives us a chance to understand the business and make sure we are solving the right problem before spending time or money on a solution. If you already have a clearly defined need, we can talk about whether a different starting point makes sense.
No. You do not need to know how to program, understand AI terminology, or know which tools to use. That is part of what I help you sort out. I will explain what matters in plain English and make sure you understand what we are doing and why.
Protecting your business information is a priority throughout the entire process. Security and confidentiality are considered from the beginning, not added later. We look at what information is involved, where it may be stored, who should have access to it, and whether the proposed solution is appropriate for the sensitivity of your business information.
The goal is not to hand you a long report and disappear. We start with understanding the business, identify practical opportunities, and, when it makes sense, help you put a focused solution to work so you can see how it performs in the real world.
That depends on what you need. Some solutions may work well with very little ongoing involvement. Others may need adjustments, expansion, training, or continued support. We can decide together what level of follow-up makes sense for your business.
Tell me what you’re trying to improve, solve, or explore. I’ll follow up personally.
